Information for the 2012 Show

Dates:

The exhibition will be held on the following dates and open to visitors between the times shown:

  • Tuesday 25th September 2012 (0930 – 1730 hours)
  • Wednesday 26th September 2012 (0900 – 1600 hours)

Setting up will take place from 0800 hours on Monday 24th September and it is requested that all exhibits are in place by 1800 hours on that day. Exhibits can be dismantled from 1600 hours on Wednesday 26th September 2012. Exhibitors are asked not to dismantle their exhibits until this time.

Exhibition Plots

The outside plots will be on mainly tarmac with a small number on grass.

Please Note:

  1. Demand for exhibition space is high; therefore the organisers reserve the right to restrict the amount of space occupied by any one exhibitor.
  2. Atrium Exhibition Space – includes limited power, basic shell scheme, carpet and strip lighting. Additional items such as increased lighting and furniture are available at an additional cost.
  3. Main Hall Exhibition Space
    • Perimeter Plots - includes limited power, basic shell scheme, carpet and strip lighting. Additional items such as increased lighting and furniture are available at an additional cost.
    • Inside Space Only Plots – space only, additional items such as carpet and power are available at an additional cost. Please note you will not be allowed to build large structures or shell scheme or park exhibition vehicles on these plots.
  4. External Exhibition Space – Space only, power is available for some plots, a list of plots without power is shown on the booking form.
  5. If you wish to have a slightly different size plot to those indicated on the plan please telephone the Event Office to discuss your requirements.
  6. Marquees and double-decker exhibition units are restricted to perimeter plots only.

Cost of Exhibiting

The cost of exhibiting will be on a unit scale (no VAT), as follows:

Atrium - £60 per square metre
(inc. shell scheme, carpet, lighting & 13 amp socket)

Main Hall Perimeter - £60 per square metre
(inc. shell scheme, carpet, lighting and 13 amp socket)

Main Hall Open Space -  £42 per square metre (up to 29m2)
£26 per square metre (30m2 or more)

£15 per square metre

“Meet the Delegates” Reception

On Tuesday 25th September 2012, the NAPFM Committee is planning to host another “Meet the Delegate” Reception at the Delegate Hotel. Please ensure you submit a request for tickets on the booking form.

Conference Dinner

On Wednesday 26th September 2012, the NAPFM Committee is hosting the Gala Dinner at the Marriott Hotel, Peterborough. Tickets are limited so if you are interesting in attending please ensure you submit an interest on the booking form.

Advertising in Conference Brochure

Advertising in the conference brochure is restricted to those attending the show.

Framework Agreement

As in previous years all display vehicles must carry a notice (supplied by the organisers) indicating whether or not the vehicle is part of the “Framework Agreement”.

Ride & Drive

We are unable to provide “Ride & Drive” facilities.

Invited Visitors

Should your company wish to invite potential customers or guests to visit your stand you are welcome to do so but you MUST, for reasons of security, register those persons either online at napfmevent.org.uk.

Terms and Conditions

All exhibitors are required to comply with the terms & conditions of both the NAPFM and Exec Exhibition Centre, so please read carefully. More general information will be supplied closer to the event.

Visitor Registration

The NAPFM Event is seen as an important showcase for the motor industry. This is an ideal opportunity to those connected with the Public Sector to see one of the largest Emergency Service Fleet Shows in Europe.
