• What does a shell scheme include?

    A shell scheme stand includes
    a company name fascia board, carpet and a 500 watt
    power socket.

  • Where can I see a plan of the halls?

    The halls plan is available in the Downloads section.

  • How do I advertise in the directory?

    All exhibitors are entitled to a
    50 word company profile
    and this must be submitted online. Other advertising in the directory costs:
    Full page - £395
    Half page - £230.

    The following conditions apply:
    1. The directory will be printed using 4 colour process.
    2. All artwork MUST be supplied as high-resolution CMYK PDF with bleed and crop marks.
    3. All artwork must be emailed direct to
    artwork@napfmevent.org.uk.
    Exhibitors wishing to advertise in the directory need to confirm this on the booking form.

  • Can I have items sent directly to the venue?

    Yes. Please see details the exhibitor information manual for more information.

  • Where can I park?

    Free parking for vehicles is available on-site and no pass is required.

  • When will I receive my staff and vehicle passes?

    All staff badges will be on your stand or at event reception on arrival.
    Vehicles delivering to the venue will require a vehicle pass which can be downloaded from the Downloads page. Display vehicles will need to display an appropriate "Framework Notice" which will be supplied by the event organisers on the set up day.

  • Do I need to register cars that are not being displayed?

    No, but all vehicles delivering to the venue will require a vehicle pass which can be downloaded from the Downloads page.

  • Stand Build and Height Restrictions

    Indoor stands cannot exceed 3m in height, without the agreement of the organisers. Details of stand builds must be presented to the event organiser no later than 24th May.

  • Can we bring a coffee machine for use on our stand?

    No. Food and hot & cold beverages may be delivered to your stand or a coffee machine may be hired from the venue. For more information on catering please speak to Shelley Simister on 01952 281601 or email shelley.simister@tictelford.com

  • Is electric supplied?

    A single 500 watt power socket is supplied for all shell scheme plots. For open space plots this must be booked in advance from the venue. Please email nathan.fishburn@stagecraftuk.com.

  • Can I hire furniture or carpet?

    Carpet is supplied for shell scheme only. For audiovisual, rigging & drop wires, electrics, stand furniture hire, forklift hire,
    internet & carpet please email nathan.fishburn@stagecraftuk.com.

  • Is Wi Fi available?

    There is FREE WiFi available for all exhibitors. However this is for limited use such as checking emails and limited internet access. The login details are in the exhibitor manual. If you require a dedicated line or need to download large quantities of data you may purchase this directly from the venue.

  • When can we de-rig our stand?

    Immediately following the close
    of the exhibition. A notice about derigging be handed to you during the exhibition.

  • What is the "Meet the Delegates" evening?

    This is a networking evening for exhibitors and delegates which takes place in the Ludlow Suite at the exhibition centre. A buffet supper will be available, along with a full bar; please note drinks are not included in the ticket allocation. Each exhibiting company will be allocated x2 complimentary tickets; more may be purchased subject to availability.

  • What is the Awards Dinner Evening?

    All delegates are asked to complete a form nominating the best stands. Awards are presented after a formal blacktie dinner in the Ludlow Suite at the exhibition centre. Each exhibiting company will be allocated x2 complimentary tickets; more may be purchased subject to availability.
